Crystal Livingstone – President
As President of Flagship Accounting & Management Services I play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and company growth. I started working in this industry in 1991. For the next 19 years I worked in a small practice where our primary focus was on small business accounting, non-profits organizations and first nations auditing. In 2010 I opened the next phase of my life by branching out alone and Flagship Accounting was born.
I have been fortunate to have found the career that fills me with satisfaction every day. The unique combination of my experience has allowed me to create a company that draws people in from every walk of life. Most importantly, I enjoy the teaching component of working with the students who work for me. I have a passion to teach and to help in this business thereby utilizing my accounting expertise and teaching abilities.
We are not just a company that crunches numbers, we build relationships between staff and clients. The clients that are members of Flagship will tell you that the relationship they have with us is truly unique. We have created a work environment that is custom made for our staff, such as flexibility to accommodate their different lifestyles. This provides our students to attend classes and our parents to attend awards ceremonies and sports days.
Outside of Flagship, I spend time with my two wonderful daughters as well as enjoying the company of my mini farm of animals. I also volunteer a lot of time to a variety of local charity organizations. I love to read, do puzzles, and play cards, board games and video games, in my spare time of course.
Samantha Corbett – Vice President
I began my career in the accounting and finance industry in 2010 where I gained experience working as a bookkeeper in industrial companies in Calgary and Prince George. This experience made me aware of how much I enjoyed working with numbers, so I began a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2011. In January of 2012 I joined the Flagship team and truly discovered my passion for public accounting and a desire to help clients. Since then I have held just about every role in the office from Administrative Assistant to Bookkeeper to Office Manager, and finally to Vice President and Partner in 2016. I credit much of my success and opportunity to the mentorship I received from Crystal and hope to be able to pass on my knowledge and experience to future staff in much the same way. I look forward to a long and rewarding career of helping clients and making a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my adorable puppy Abby and evil cat Jack along with my family. I enjoy reading, camping, playing board games and I volunteer some of my time sitting on the board of a local non-profit.
Crystal Coburn – Client Services Manager
I joined Flagship in 2012 and didn’t have much experience working in an office. With much mentoring from Crystal and Sam I now have advanced to the position of Client Service Manager. I most definitely found my calling in public accounting and couldn’t be happier to find a career that fills me with such satisfaction. Our clients are all unique and awesome and make coming to work every day very rewarding and always interesting and I look forward to a future of serving them.
Outside of Flagship I enjoy my wonderful children and husband, golfing, walks and music. I also volunteer my time with a local nonprofit.
Leah Weber – Client Service Agent
I joined the Flagship team in September of 2016 as a Client Services Agent Assistant. I moved to Prince George from Fort St. John in April of 2016 and am originally from Calgary, AB. Since I began my employment with Flagship I have feel I have found my calling in Accounting.
Prior to working with Flagship I worked in various Customer Service industries trying to find where my passion truly lies, I believe I have found my true passion here. Flagship is a company that doesn’t just value their clients, they make them part of the Flagship family. In the short time that I have been with Flagship I have seen the impact of our company’s services and how fulfilling it is to be able to help others. I look forward to advancing further within Flagship and being part of the family for a long time coming.
I plan to further my education within the Accounting field while continuing to learn from my wonderful team members here at Flagship. Outside of Flagship I enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors with my dog, hanging out with friends and contributing to the community where I can.
Nicole Schnepf – Client Service Agent Assistant
After spending the past 10 years in the banking world I decided to make the change to the other side of debits and credits and happily joined the wonderful Flagship team. I have discovered a great interest in public accounting and am excited to further my education and build my skills with various accounting courses. I enjoy meeting our clients, learning their stories and supporting them with their accounting needs – showing them that “every client matters” I am grateful to have both a job I enjoy coming to every day and the opportunity to have a good work-life balance.
Born, raised and now raising my family in Prince George, I enjoy spending my time out of the office getting together with family, boating on the beautiful surrounding lakes and exploring the awesome back country on our snowmobiles.
Jason Mclane – Client Service Agent Assistant
I joined Flagship Accounting in August, 2016, after suffering a work injury at a mill in 2015. After being retrained to work in the customer service industry, I came on board as a Customer Service Agent Assistant. Since joining the team, I have found a passion for helping clients and working in the accounting industry. I love coming to work every day, and working alongside the rest of the Flagship team, and its clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy my time with my wife and our two wonderful boys, as well as our cat who thinks he is a lap dog. I love puzzles, card games, board games, going for walks, and spending as much time outside as possible.
Jessica Livingstone – Executive Assistant
I joined the Flagship team in July of 2011 as a part time receptionist. In 2013 I progressed into the position of Client Service Agent Assistant which led me to advance to the Executive Assistant in 2017.
I love the work and the people that surrounded me and absolutely love the family that Flagship has created with both clients and employees. Flagship is a very comfortable and inviting work place and I am thankful for having the opportunity to work here. Working for Flagship has opened my eyes to a whole different world and has provided me with many learning opportunities. The feeling I get when we make a difference in someone’s life is immeasurable and makes all the hard work worth it.
I am currently in my 3rd year of University working towards my Bachelors of Interior Design. I have been fortunate enough to continue working with the Flagship team as I further my education. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and of course my animals. I also enjoy reading, organizing, doing puzzles, playing card and board games and gardening.

PG Platinum Business Services is owned and operated by Veronica Johnson. She has worked in the public accounting field since 2008. The passion she has for her work shows through the dedication she shares with her clients on a day to day basis. When she’s not working she enjoys her time with her family; husband Anthony and 2 children Aria and Mason.

Veronica is a trusted partner of Flagship Accounting and she specializes in several forms of business bookkeeping. She also operates her business out of our office!
